The guildleader in Ratha tells you to take the torch to Darius in Crossing. Darius is no longer in Crossing. Should be updated.

The once bright and vibrant torch now appears noticeably subdued. You cringe in pain as a tear trickles from the corner of your eye and you feel as though a portion of your soul has been extinguished.

Verika takes the torch and nods in approval.

"Well done, Master Imroth. You have avoided temptation and distraction and succeeded in your task. You are worthy to serve the Light and to have the Light serve you."

With that, Verika stares deeply into your eyes as she shows you the complex gestures and subtleties of the Glyph of Light. Placing her hands on either side of your head, her thumbs resting over your now closed eyes, you feel a surge of enlightenment and wisdom as the power of the Glyph is absorbed into your soul.
