Keep in mind it's per spellbook. So the example of BUE then CFB wouldn't work even if CFB doesn't have it's own DO.

Per spellbook? That makes sense. But then that begs the question,

Start with QFE ALWAYS, then do CFB?

Are you suggesting that a spell be written specifically to allow necromancers to move into an area protected by holy magic for the purpose of constructing a vulture heart candy trail for Khurek to follow?
