Both Viscous Solution and Universal Solvent are now treated like normal AOE spells as far as targeting logic and options go. You can now CAST ENGAGED or CAST CREATURE to limit the potential victims appropriately, or CAST ALL|AREA at your own policy and gameplay risk to affect everyone as these spells did before.
