First person:
You take a few steps back lining up CORPSE'S body between you and the rift.
With a running start you boot CORPSE in the ribs propelling them into the rift which quickly closes.
Roundtime: 3 seconds.

Deader's POV:
If you could still feel your body you are sure it would have hurt as HELPER winds up and kicks your meatsack into the rift. As the rift closes your spirit is whipped through the landscape until it catches up to your body! You'd throw up if you could.
