I was thinking about tkt and it's problems and the Monks of the Crystal hand and their martial background. What about a spell that allows you to telekinetically augment your brawling attacks? Damage boost and/or RT reduction for brawling with telekinetic attack messaging.

Thematically I like it - but then we get into the problem that thematically (Particularly with the monks) you can justify quite a lot of things for Moon Mages that more dubious when you look at it from a mechanical perspective.

A bit late to the party, but I really like this idea. If it's a power or balance issue, make it a minor bonus roughly equivalent to the Tezirah moonblade buff. More importantly, though, it would provide new cosmetic combat messaging for unarmed attacks.
