I was reading back through old forum posts and there are posts discussing the destruction of the Taisgath turtle by the Children of Kalestraum but I was unable to find any forum posts announcing the release of the stone turtles or any lore regarding who built them or specifically why they were built and only in those three (that we know of) locations (Theren, Throne City and Taisgath).
Is there any official staff lore that can be shared regarding the stone turtles' origins?
