Unleash and MDIS 09/04/2012 04:46 PM CDT
Does anyone have an idea of how consistent Unleash is? I imagine that scroll difficulty has something to do with the chances of it not crumbling, but I happened across a Mana Disruption scroll and was wondering if it would be wise to just max cast unleash on it, or just memorize it instead.

Also, what's the deal with 3.0 and scrolls? They're becoming obsolete, right?

Current scrolls will no longer function, though scrolls as a general concept will still exist.

From the bits I've played with over the years the difficulty of the scroll itself is meaningless. The type seems to matter abit more tablet, scroll, roll, bark, ect.

But from my experiences the harder types are usually more durable in castings, but thats an unscientific observation. For the most part it just seems random. I've gotten anywhere from 1 to 15 uses out of it. Mostly its about 3-4, sometimes you get lucky and it lives on past its due.

To be truthful I'm not entirely sure mana even matters
