At least we are good at cursing ourselves. Safer to just avoid trying to buff half the time because its more likely to curse. This is still true even after circle 150.

If we could actually have a 100% chance for success at either self predicting or cursing an enemy when using a full pool it would be a win. Still probably miss and hit wrong skills. But hey whatever its moon mage guild...were so quirky look at us go!
