Gwethsmashers vs Thoughtcast 01/10/2016 12:17 PM CST
Didn't think this one would actually happen.

Do we really need an hour-long cooldown on Thoughtcast after a gwethsmash? As in you can't even cast the spell at all? What's the regular timer after a gwethsmash, because seems like everyone just pops on new gweths and keeps at it?

Feels like a needless nerf of an already niche spell - when everyone has global gweths, albredine rings and AOL instant messenger.

One hour. It's keying off exactly the same thing gweths and rings do.

<<Being gwethsmashed will prevent you from using projecting gwethdesuan or albredine for one hour. Listen-only waermodi and lasmodi gwethdesuans can still be used.

One hour without gweths is the cooldown after being smashed. Using Thoughtcast was a way for (mostly) Moon Mages to bypass that.
