While I love the mental image of FoC ejecting anything that happens to be lodged, I think this seems like a perfect opportunity to give First Aid some much-needed love, and not just for Empaths. I've actually suggested something like it before, but I think it would be great if TENDing a body part with lodged items would remove all items in one go rather than just pulling out one (also that roundtime really needs to work down with skill). Then there could also be a TEND <person>, where <person> may be yourself, that attempts to dislodge everything from the entire body. In both cases, the number of objects that can be removed at once would increase with increasing skill.

So I support the idea in general, I'd just envision it a little differently than a metaspell. Either way would be welcome though.
