I vaguely remember there being some lore behind Fraethis' blindness to explain why he doesn't heal his own eyes (or have them healed by another Empath) but since wound redirection is a thing now could he use that ability and heal eye wounds from patients? Do all NPC autopaths heal tail wounds? If not it seems like (NPC mimicry of) wound redirection should allow them to.

I know autopaths were improved ~2014 but it would also be MAJOR improvement if NPCs would take no breaks. Let them take a break in between patients and cast refresh. I realize it's intended they're much slower than PC Empaths but the time it takes NPCs to heal was based on the old Empath healing abilities. Modern Take All and the advanced links mean they still wouldn't threaten the player wound base if they just took wounds one at a time without all the constant breaks.
