Mostly fixed now.

There's a very (very) slow memory leak in the Shift system and it doesn't self correct. I have a command I can run to force it to check its memory (which I just did) and that'll open it up now for another few weeks.

Eventually, I want to tweak Shift to not have the memory leak issue (along with several other behind-the-scenes fixes), but it is not high on my plate at the moment, unfortunately.

Sneaky sneaky! I deleted my original post because after trying a second shift and the person relogging we found out it was just coincidence that I could shift him again afterward.
