We had a visitor today in the Crossing empath guild. Vela'Tohr Caretaker Endalar Onolmeloa, Horticulturist of the House of the Verdant Lily.

Sent by the Khalaen to care for the vela'tohr plant, which is a precious specimen.

Things learned about the plant. Endalar referred to it as a "she". Cautions were made about allowing anything "tainted" into the same proximity as the plant as it can easily become blighted by this. And a blighted vela'tohr plant is a violent one. She does have a name she just has not disclosed it yet. It was suggested that with enough attention it may become known to us. The plant in our guild senses the one in the temple and they communicate with each other so they do not become lonely. It gives the plant pleasure when it's blossoms are worn.

We were told that there are places being researched for non-blighted plants to be cultivated. They are scouting for areas high in life mana that have the right climate. There are places in northern Ilithi near the mountains that look promising. It may be in an area where other empaths and rangers could be useful. Needing a more continental climate that is not too hot and dry in the summer.

Endalar says he will be back to check up and check in on the plant.
