15 mana for a cyclic is totally ridiculous when you can cast it with TM Mastery and Roughly 120TM & 170PM. Mana cost should scale with your level of shock and go down the more shocked you are. This spell is kind of a joke as is. 15 mana? Good lord.

I think what the passionate poster meant to say was... Could IZ be revisited to consider scaling the minimum mana cost with shock similarly to how it is done with the difficulty of casting?
