I was reading http://elanthipedia.org/w/index.php/Ilysia and it mentioned she was a saint.

In the context of DR, what is a saint? Are they "... souls of especially virtuous Elanthians who are awarded eternal life and a place in their god's entourage for exceptional acts of faith." as mentioned in http://elanthipedia.org/w/index.php/Post:Extraplanar_Life_-_on_2/6/2010_-_00:52:55 ?

If so, does the Temple keep a list or a history of them, or some such record?

In both the Kaldaran and Kermorian versions of the pantheon, Everild takes into his personal host the souls of exceptional warriors, where I assume they reside in some Valhalla-like kingdom. Whether he does so may be up to debate, though sainthood status is something that would be granted by Clerical scholars anyways.
