I don't think guilds really have Gurus anymore, as much as some GMs might adopt certain projects that may focus on a particular guild (as an example, I don't think Armifer is the Paladin Guru but he's working on developing their conviction skill).
Uzmam! The Chairman will NOT be pleased to know you're trying to build outside of approved zones. I'd hate for you to be charged the taxes needed to have this place re-zoned. Head for the manor if you're feeling creative.
