Its likely that my Utility {246} is the issue. I thought it was base ranks modified by align/mastery/SAP , but it might well just be minimum 250 base utility ranks. I should have that tomorow and will try the reticule once more. My snake pit fever is killing me {grin}, but MF will let be die with style!
