Hello

Back after a 10 year hiatus. I stumbled across this quest and I'm at the part of getting the visions. I'm going to the correct altar per Elanthipedia, however I have died now twice praying with the images still staying in my head, resulting in death. Not sure if I'm doing something game mechanically wrong when I pray. If someone can steer me in the right direction possibly it would be much appreciated.
