If you have Genie, you can type #goto shrine01-01 (shrine01-02, etc.).

I find I can fill mine up relatively quickly, aside from the more barbaric locations.

Not implying I wouldn't like an easy transfer method. There are always some cool badges at HE.

Not to say such an option wouldn't be nice, but the badge is a bit of a relic that has made the journey with you. I find it hard to understand from an in-character perspective how a transfer of locations from one badge to another would work.

They can be. My first alteration was my pilgrim's badge done at Guildfest.

With Hollow Eve just around the corner you only need to find a merchant willing to work on them. Even the TAP-only type alteration games should work for a pilgrim's badge.
