Would it be possible to have it so that when you assess an instrument, you also get information indicating what song type (and mood) would optimize your training in the instrument?

I like that idea. We as players can figure it out by spamming the play options until we get the "with a hint of difficulty" messaging. It would be nice to be able to bypass all that nonsense.

Second on liking the idea. It would be nice to have a way to inform the Bard as to what option they could play up to without difficulty.

I thought of the idea after trying to write a few scripts to eliminate some of the tedious work of figuring out what song type works best. I've tried having the script stop playing and attempt the next possible song type - it works fine, but I felt it would add too much scroll to a room that would bother others. Then I wrote a script that would look are certain patterns in playing that might indicate it's some to try a harder song, trouble is... there's too many different things that could come up. This is why I wish it was possible to gauge what's the best song type and or mood to play on an instrument to optimize playing without causing too much scroll if any, and I felt the best way would be to have it come up when assessing an instrument.

I think this could be done, with a combination of instrument and appraisal skills.
