So I just broken 1000 in all instruments, Winds, Strings, Percussions. I've noticed that my Appraisal learning has all but dropped off to a minimum as each skill rolled over 1000. I'm at 920 ranks right now and can only get it pondering/concentrating appraising 8 of the most difficult instruments quickly. Just an FYI if you are getting close to breaking 1000 in an instrument, I would hold off for your Appraisals sake!

I realize that I'm the only person who is experiencing this issue and it's not really a big one, but I wanted to poke and see if anything was in the works!
