Adding utility to some instruments 07/19/2017 05:52 PM CDT
Just a role-playing thing, being able to stir one's drink or alchemy with silver spoons. I know it's an instrument, and I know it would be silly to see someone stirring their alchemy with a lute. So it would be specific to one instrument.

But it would also reduce what I have to carry around by one item if it was to happen, plus it would be super-realistic. Also use them to measure ingredients for cooking and alchemy or is this post going too far? ;)

of course I can always use Act which is the most under-used verb in the elanthia imo.

Yes, or since Bard, PLAYACT

Some other open-ended command options might be:

>smile
So and so smiles as they slowly stir their drink.

>ponder
so and so ponders deeply as they vigorously stir their alchemical concoction.

Arandrowse whispers, "OOC: How did you get your own rum?"
You whisper to Arandrowse, "OOC: Well, I did some things I'm not proud of. I'd rather not speak about them."
