One-Handed Weatherproof String to the Rescue! 06/08/2008 10:15 AM CDT
Aveda showed me this little gem. It's called a Guimbarde, or more commonly known as a Jew's Harp or Marranzano.

Traditionally, it goes in the mouth and you pluck the cord and blow air currents through it in order to produce music. It could teach the Winds skill I suppose, but we're in dire need of a one-handed weatherproof string instrument, so I feel it would be best suited as a String instrument. I imagine it would just be worn, and you would just need an available hand in order to play it successfully.
