So, as I understand, the stamping stick is a water-proof percussions instrument.

My question is, where do you get one of these? Also, is it one handed?

I P5 where the bagpipes are sold. If I recall there were a handful or so on the bard donation shelf in our P5 guild as well, so you could try looking there as well.

Yes they are one handed and waterproof. If you don't already have one, the empty whiskey jug from the same shop is a wind instrument that is also one handed and waterproof. Very handy instruments I must say.

I figure this is a good place and time to ask this... anyone know of a one-handed or waterproof stringed instrument? Or even both?

I've been asking for one of these. There are none so far though. :-(

Rubber bands. Dunno if any are actually ingame or coded as instruments, though.

If we coded rubber bands as instruments, we'd end up with folks trying to shoot them at each other instead...

So? We need a class of instruments that nobody wants and/or isn't worthy of the bardic instrument bond. I have to admit, it'd be pretty funny to watch a bard bonding to a rubber band...

Speaking of bad instruments, in addition to the rubber band we probably need to add in nails-on-a-chalkboard, the kazoo, and a piece of paper. They would all be disposable, and perhaps would have Chorus of Madman or some sort of discordant magical effect laid on them (scream dissonance?).
