Was there any indication at SimuCon that instrument creation is on the horizon . . . "soon?"

I forgot to ask but probably around with the core creation roll-in (weapon/armor enchanting, item artistry, forging 2, the new tanning & fletching, underwater basketweaving, etc.). Maybe sometime around mech-lore split.
