Whenever I see a translator item, I'm sad. These items let the wearer both understand and speak every language. I suggest that Bards be able to unlock the ability to speak different languages with Aura of Tongues, much as we can unlock the ability to understand them. Maybe tie it to Scholarship instead of just mana.
Or just flat out let us unlock fluency in other languages natively with Scholarship. It does very little right now and would be a nice perk.
