Since segue was released I've been considering getting Words of the Wind, since I was already tending to run out of mojo by the end of a hunting trip just with using screams. Now that we finally have another use for mojo, I am not usually able to segue out of my justice-challenged enchantes into justice friendly ones. Minor inconvenience, but an inconvenience all the same.

My question is about the mojo regeneration part of Words of the Wind. Is that passive regeneration of mojo or does it only improve the amount given when doing something that regenerates it? Even with all it does, I don't really see myself getting it if it's not passive regeneration since that's the only thing that would make it competitive with Will of Winter's place in my buff list.
