Description: Using the misdirection and vocal techniques, you can plant ideas into the crowds surrounding you or your victim. As bards thrive in tragedy and sorrow, they are more likely to turn this to their advantage.

Contest: Charisma + performance vs Charisma + performance.

Effect - cast on a non bard: -Charisma, -Performance, crowds more likely to be agitated.

Effect - cast on another bard: Save roll. If succeeds, crowds like them more. If fails, same as non-bard.

Effect - cast on self: Crowds like you more, and your abilities have more power behind them (screams, whistles, new stuff).
