A Bard of All Ages (incomplete) 03/30/2004 05:14 PM CST
Well this idea has been popping in and out of me mind for the past few years. With the possibility of many of those I've come to know and love leaving, no better time than now to get it started. We've had so many wonderful people pass through our portal over the pass seven years and seeing so many of their names sparked fond memories. Memories many of the new people to the bard may never know. So a never ending song to pay homage to everyone and their silliness. I've got a few down, many more in my mind but everyone is welcome to add their verses for people. So let's hear it people......

We bards keep the tales
Of past and here after
Amongst our fine tales
Are joy and some laughter

Each of us touched
The first to the last
By the bards before us
Voices from the past

Homage to them
With this little song
So none will forget
How far we?ve come along

Siryn brought forth music
From that dark dreary life
A broker cutlass, lone symbol
From that time of strife

Neitheriel, was bound
By nefarious Drzee
Biding his time
Til our guild would be free

Eileethen lost his voice
For the Lady and her lute
No better musician be it
On drums, lyre or flute

Who could forget Danner
That bagpiping man
Or Bubbinster the Dwarf
And his beer stomping clan

Oh me and Oh my
A little lost shavi
Nearby that must be
The Bardess Mckatelee

Shavay and his mistletoe
Busking for kisses
Cailei and her many
Marriage near misses

Milk and the dairy
To two bards, do please
Rabid cows and Matrina
And Sardonica and ch.....!

The pirate among us
Nasty Nystarn, Avast!
I prefer Cap'n Pookie
I should hide away fast

Until the last verse
The very last rhyme
Bards remembered
Until the end of time

Thanks Solo, I'm glad I'll be rememberd for my funny actions and personality instead of the dark and dreariness clouding my outlook now.

Much love, M.

And I'll be ever remembered as a slave to light thrown... so fitting. But hey, I feel loved, thanks much Sol, darlin!

Kate, you and your LT....though I should have been added in there as well...I get to be remembered for my less than perfect (okay down right bad) luck in love.
