Since SIGN and WHISTLE "signal" are pretty much the exact same ability. Is it possible we can just combine these two systems and have Rangers and Bards share the same sort of ability where Bards just whistle the "SIGN"s and Rangers gesture them. Seems like this would only be a slight messaging change for each guild and consolidate resources. Thoughts?
