Well, it really depends on your goals. Do you want to train hard in combat all day long? Do you want to sit around outside of combat training? Do you want to be able to travel the world in a blink?

An Empath combat partner seems like an obvious choice -- constant healing makes for a long hunt. Also could be great for sitting around as Lore primary means they will be a great teacher.
