Following some recent discussion about the border between magic skills, I've changed Hodierna's Lilt over to Utility from Augmentation. This is more consistent with Utility doing healing effects while Augmentation enhances skills and stats primarily.

Also, there tends to be a lot more Augmentation spells than Utility spells.
