My suggestion: Siren. Should require vocals, charisma, magic(?), and possibly Call of the Siren.

Some other poetry-related titles might be nice as well. Perhaps specific titles such as Haiku Poet.

Also, Song Mage? Magesong? I like magey type titles.

I agree, Siren seems like a natural bard title.

I'd also love a title or two requiring Aura of Tongues. Polyglot's not quite appropriate though, as it doesn't let us speak them. Eavesdropper? That sounds like it should require some sort of stealth.

Translator, I believe, is already a Bard title, under the Lore category. Needing Aura of Tongues as a pre req is what makes it Bardic in nature.
