Does applying warpaint via paintsticks still rely on Mechanical Lore? Maybe this is something we could tie to Expertise. Barb warpaint + Barb skill = Deliciousness.

Yep, it is still currently tied to ML. DISCOTEQ21 made the same suggestion, tying it to expertise, and Kodius said "Yeah, I like the expertise angle. Just give me a bit to free up for it." This was 12/12/2014, the poor man is swamped.
