Okay, so I wait for my IF to get back to 1/3 so I can start tenacity back up (contemplation and tenacity fell while hunting, so I put contemplation back up and waited on my pool before tenacity was put back up):

A bit tough to see because the forums hate IF bars so much, but it seems like you are burning as much IF using Tenacity as I do, which I would definitely not expect to be the same since you probably 250+ more ranks of IF. I definitely see that your forms are lowering the passive inner fire regen less than mine, but the meditations seem to be about as costly.

Perhaps there is a bug with the way meditation cost is being calculated?
