The only really new thing is that Tactics replaced old Multi Opponent checks, all other changes were just to correct which skills were being checked.

Didn't Defending replace MO and not Tactics? Is this change because we don't have a Defending requirement? Just curious.

MO didn't split cleanly, but it mostly moved over to Tactics.

Pretty much what Raesh said. Also because the particular group that hat Multi Opponent mentioned that it was a "combat tactics" group, so it just made sense.
