Is there a record of who the lowest circle to attain Death Dealer has been or how many people have achieved it and who they are? Just wondering.

I know people have gotten it by 50th circle, not sure before that.

I think Codiax (sp?) may well be the youngest to get it.

I don't even remember when I got it actually.....I think I was like 45th or 6th....something like that.
