Since there are pit titles, how about titles for spots on the guild register?

King of the Hill for the one(s) on top. Perhaps they can limit this to one per character instead of one per list in cases where the same person tops multiple lists.

Why? If you've done enough to earn spots on multiple lists, you should have the titles available for each list.
