Chaos Rider, Scourge, Plainsman/Plainswoman, Mounted Fury, Raider, Mounted Death, Mounted Terror, Mounted Calamity (if you have low Agility :), Curse, Horse Archer, Lancer

Just some ideas.

whereas "lance" is already a paladin title, i think Lancer would be more appropriate as a polearms title.
