Nightmare Berserk: Terror
Death?s Lullaby: Kweldaen Cuirit (Death?s Singer)
Death?s Embrace: Kweldaen Drov (Death?s Arm)
Death?s Shriek: Wailer

Oh, and just a general title suggestion

Damn you, I was just about to post Terror for Nightmare.
How about Intimidator for Death's Shriek since it immobilizes?
I'd also like Fearsome for Hiss of the Serpent, but that wasn't one of the choices and is also a PC name. :(

if terror is already planned... ummmm.... how about Horror or Dread for Nightmare then?

I like these suggestions--Death's Arm is great. Instead of Death's Singer for Death's Lullaby, perhaps something like Siren of Death or some such thing.

Heck thinking about dread I think dread warrior or as suggested above dread lord would be cool, or both on different levels. Rage incarnate, blood bather, Misery, or Conflagration I think would be fun too.
