well, my paladin has it too, with 70 hiding and only 36 stalk.

I'd say it's the charisma. I have more in my combat skills than your trader and I have 30 or more in all my stats except my charisma is under 20. I do not have the enforcer title.

Drats... I was looking for an excuse to train mentals. Ok, it looks like there's a 20 charisma req on it then. I know a paladin that has it with 20 charisma. That'll get me a bunch of criminal titles too. It miiiight be worth it. I dunno, I'll have to think.

I have enforcer and only 17 in charisma so it may well be a different stat.
