"You have a dormant infection that could make wounds worse."

I'm no wound-ologist, but why can anyone looking at anyone else know that they have a dormant infection? Isn't that something normally invisible?

Also, I thought it was only visible to the one infected?

If it was only me seeing it, I would agree.

Everyone sees it, which to me makes little sense, even when taking into account the above.

We are still on healing 1.0 .. disease is a form of the healing system. The system hasn't been rewritten since.. umm.. ever. It's in progress and if you would like this changed I would let the empath forum know!
