It would be fantastic if bottles of ink were sold in any 24/7 shop that sells writing utensils or stationery.

Make festival ink fancier and/or have more uses or something.

I'd suggest doing away with ink as an item altogether and just make it flavor messaging attached to writing utensils but it would be neat if you could alchemical craft ink at some point in the future.
