Favors and sacrifices. 01/18/2019 11:52 AM CST

I don't know if it's been a long time since I've played and I no longer understand the mechanics, but I have a Bard that I am trying to get favors for. I have the orb I've gotten from the maze and placed experience into it, but I can't place it on Faenella's altar for a sacrifice, even after praying.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here.

This is what I get:

The orb dims and seems to resist, nearly twisting from your hand!

Off the top of my head...all of this comes to mind:

Look at the altar, is it dusty? If so, it needs to be cleaned with holy water. (In Crossing, you can get holy water at the altar in Kaerna. Chalice is probably the best container to use, it can be purchased at Cleric shop in Crossing)

Is your orb full?

Are you at the right altar?

If you got the favor from the Temple or the Pool you should return the orb to the main altar of the Temple.

Yeah, OP said they got it from the maze, which means it needs to go back to main altar in the temple.
