Tying unlimited items by triggering the auto-fix mechanism should no longer work.

Changes were made to tie-items to handle "tied" items differently. You may notice slightly different messaging when trying to interact with it. The following verbs can still be used: LOOK, TAP, GLANCE, UNTIE.

A related bug of not being able to pick up something that was yanked from a tie-item is now crushed.

It should be a silent fix across the board, but if anyone experiences issues, please ASSIST.
