Need Some Help Finding Some Things 09/23/2011 05:45 PM CDT

Questions:

1. Is there an easier way to search shops than Elanthipedia?

2. Looking for a tabard with a rampant or roaring dragon on it.

3. Looking for horse tact (is that how you spell that?) with dragon themes.

4. Any other non-weapon, non-armor dragon themed items of clothing.

4. Do you have the feature-hiding dragon hooded cloak or whatever? Premie shop right? I think a lot of premie stuff has dragons on it. Idk or you can just get everything altered to a theme. That's what I did.

No, but Elanthipedia has a little-known search feature that can help you to find what you're looking for:

http://www.elanthipedia.com/wiki/Special:RunQuery/ItemQuery

You can display all items of a particular type (such as tack), display all items with a particular noun (such as tabard), or look for items with particular symbols (provided that the items have been tagged by contributors). There are other parameters, and you can can search for more than one at a time (e.g., for all tack with the symbol dragon).

As for tack (horse gear), I wrote an article that may be of use to you. It is a list of horse-related shop inventory (for comparison shopping). I also included brief descriptions of each type of item to help with role-playing.

Meh, no luck on a tabard or surcoat showing a rearing or rampant dragon. Maybe the some form of sewing pattern?

You can have a tabard made in Shard. First you need to go to the Heraldry Shop and have a shield painted with the desired crest. (For your charge, choose 11 for dragon. For your stance, choose 7 for rampant.)

Once you have the shield, go next door to Blazons and Banners and have them copy the shield's design onto a tabard.

There's also a shop in the Crossing market called Tears of the World Dragon. It sells dragon-themed stuff almost exclusively I think.
