I know there's precedent in the lore against interracial marriage, I meant marriages between players. Some characters do have open feelings against certain races becoming romantically involved, but most do not (as we know.)

I'm in agreement with this, but just to play devil's advocate, there was a wedding held not too long ago between Snow and (I think) the trader guildleader from Shard (His name has completely escaped me). That clearly implies some sort of romantic relationship.
