I was once told by a GM that "The xxxx looks just like what you would expect xxxx to look like." means that something is broken with the description info of a character or creature.

So I've found a couple in the Crossing I've bugged, and I'm gonna mention it here:

Medratha, in Medratha's Designs in Marble, in [Fayl'Shar Court, Baluster Boulevard].
Hameel, in Hameel's Carpet Emporium, in [Fayl'Shar Court, Goldstone Square]
Ilinear, in Taelberts Stable
Fenster, in Windows to the Universe, off [The Crossing, Esplanade Eluned]
Akhbar, in Burning Desires, off [The Crossing, Esplanade Eluned]
Lustre, in The Thin Veneer, off [The Crossing, Esplanade Eluned]
Larsence, in A Bit For Horses, Feed, off [Zoluren Royal Mews, Courtyard]

Those are the ones I've found for Crossing so far.

If by "broken" you generally mean "No one ever wrote one" then yes.

That said, by far the most useful way to report something like this is to bug it while in the same room as the NPC.
