Is it possible to have something happen with the DP sentinels? When I get a nice spawn moving, and have 2-3 sentinels in the room, it almost always summons the janitor due to the arrows they are firing at me. This would be fine, except (a) the arrows don't get picked up by the janitor, though my treasure does (b) I'm not always receiving the janitor message.

The no janitor message is odd, I have even scrolled back thinking i missed it in combat, but I didn't, unless it's worded in such a way that resembles passive familiar movements (the only thing i have ignored). Other times I get it just fine.
