Could the altar in this temple be made functional for clerical devotion, please?

Eastern wing of the temple (ne ne from Leth center).

[Kilth Aldiyaus, Prayer Branch]
Vaulted beams are carved into the grain of the wooden walls. Echoes of mumbled prayers and heartfelt supplications are amplified by the room's curvature. In the reverberating din, the names of all the deities mingle, then merge as one. A polished Sana'ati wood altar is surrounded by hooded figures kneeling on the bare floor.
Obvious exits: west.

>l altar
The altar is unadorned, no Elven carver daring to violate the sacred nature of the Sana'ati wood. Yet as you gaze upon it, the natural grain seems to transform itself constantly into parables and fables.

I agree, this is a wonderful altar. However, does anyone know if this altar
is aligned with the Pilgrim Badge society? I spent over an hour here looking
for some clue to add to my badge. No luck!

Yes, this altar is part of the pilgrim badge places. You should just be able to push altar with badge.
